palliative care program at Medical Center of the Rockies helps patients with pain and symptom management, maintaining quality of life, difficult decision-making and advance directives.<\/p>\n<p><strong><em>This service is available to hospitalized patients only.<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Our program guides patients through the emotional roller coaster that comes with serious illness.
