Boulder Health Center offers a wide range of primary care and specialty services in one convenient location. The first floor of the building features the Physical Therapy &amp; Rehabilitation Department, the Eye Center, and the ENT &amp; Audiology Clinics. Check in with any of our Patient Access Specialists in our first floor lobby with centralized check in.<\/p>\n<p>The second floor hosts our family medicine and other multispecialty practice providers. We offer x-ray services on site, including a radiology suite with a dedicated waiting area. There is also a lab where you can get bloodwork and other point of care testing completed.<\/p>\n<p>Our family medicine practice is supported by care management and social work, behavioral health, a clinical pharmacist, and virtual psychiatry services.
