Appointments can be scheduled anytime. Bring your child\u2019s school physical form, insurance card, and immunization records. School physicals take approximately 15-30 minutes and cost $30.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Impact testing is not performed at this location, but is offered at the <a href=\"https:\/\/stage.uchealth.org\/locations\/uchealth-sportsmed-clinic-steamboat-springs\/\">UCHealth SportsMed Clinic at UCHealth Yampa Valley Medical Center in Steamboat Springs<\/a>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 id=\"dot-physicals\" class=\"wp-block-heading\">DOT physicals<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">We offer <a href=\"https:\/\/stage.uchealth.org\/treatments-procedures\/dot-department-of-transportation-physicals\/\">Department of Transportation (DOT) physicals<\/a>, following strict guidelines mandated by the Federal Motor Carrier Safety Administration (FMCSA), ensuring that commercial drivers and other safety-sensitive employees are in good health to work safely.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 id=\"workers-comp\" class=\"wp-block-heading\">Worker\u2019s comp<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">We coordinate work injury care with medical home management, working with individuals and businesses. Employee drug screenings are available<strong>.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 id=\"womens-health\" class=\"wp-block-heading\">Women\u2019s health<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Personalized women\u2019s health services are offered by female providers. Services include annual exams, clinical breast exams, birth control, and prenatal care. Our providers also coordinate with local OB\u2019s for delivery.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h2 id=\"behavioral-health\" class=\"wp-block-heading\">Behavioral Health <\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">UCHealth offers behavioral health services to established patients at this clinic. During a visit with your primary care provider, please bring up any mental, emotional, health behavior or life stressors you may have. Your provider can refer you to a behavioral health clinician.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">What you can expect:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>UCHealth behavioral health providers and clinicians can help with a wide range of needs, which could include: stress, anxiety, depression, sleep, substance use, chronic illness, grief, pain, weight loss, smoking cessation, parenting, relationships, and much more.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>The behavioral health team can help coordinate referrals to higher levels of care for more acute needs. Including,\u00a0but not limited to: UCHealth outpatient clinics, our Virtual Intensive Outpatient Services or Interventional Psychiatry\u00a0at UCHealth.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Behavioral health visits may be covered under mental health benefits.
