Our physicians and staff have direct electronic access to the medical records of patients who have received care within the UCHealth network. This helps ensure a smooth transition from one level of care to the next.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Our physical medicine and rehabilitation physicians direct rehabilitation care. Primary or specialty physicians are welcome to treat their patients in the Acute Inpatient Rehabilitation Facility as a consultant.
