You see a doctor that\u2019s close to home, but if you have advanced heart problems, our team is closely connected to <a href=\"https:\/\/stage.uchealth.org\/locations\/uchealth-medical-center-of-the-rockies\/\"><u>UCHealth Medical Center of the Rockies<\/u><\/a> in Loveland, Colorado.<\/p>\n<p>Our expanded heart and vascular team includes cardiologists, electrophysiologists, cardiovascular surgeons and nurse practitioners who see patients in locations across Colorado, Nebraska and Wyoming.
