2. Watch for final orientation details. Final orientation details are typically shared on the Friday before your start date on Monday, once onboarding requirements have been completed.
3. Review the new hire guide for onboarding details.
4. Please note, you must be fully cleared before attending new employee orientation (NEO).

During orientation, you’ll learn more about:

• UCHealth mission, vision and values
• Organizational culture and brand
• Benefits and workplace resources
• Employer expectations and support tools

Day One is an 8-hour experience. You’ll spend 6 hours onsite, with the remaining 2 hours dedicated to completing required e-learning modules.

You’ll be practicing with several tools during Day One, so we encourage you to bring your smartphone or personal laptop if you prefer. Please also bring a charger for any devise you bring. iPads will be available as a backup option if needed.

Day One is offered at six locations. Your recruitment team will confirm which location you should attend.

3. Access The Source. This is your primary destination for employee information, resources, support and organization-wide communications.
4. Download and access oneSOURCE. This is our intranet for employee tools and information on the go.
5. Visit the new employee orientation (NEO) page on The Source for onboarding resources, orientation information, next steps and additional new employee guidance.
6. Continue reviewing the new hire guide.
7. Stay in contact with your hiring manager regarding department-specific onboarding, workstation setup, schedules, computer access, where to report and role expectations.
