Our Cardiac Rehabilitation program assists individuals who have experienced a cardiac event such as a heart attack or cardiac surgery. The goal of the outpatient program, which is nationally certified by the American Association of Cardiovascular and Pulmonary Rehabilitation, is to educate and motivate individuals to achieve an optimal level of health and fitness through exercise and education.
El programa consta de tres sesiones por semana durante un lapso de 12 semanas. El equipo de Rehabilitación Cardíaca trabaja con el médico de atención primaria de cada paciente durante todo el programa.
