Salud conductual

UCHealth offers behavioral health services to established patients at this clinic. During a visit with your primary care provider, please bring up any mental or emotional health concerns you may have. Your provider can connect you with a behavioral health provider, often a licensed clinical social worker or licensed therapist. You may be able to see them during that same visit, and if not, you will schedule your follow-up visit directly.

What you can expect:

  • UCHealth behavioral health providers focus on brief, solution-focused care (often 1–6 sessions) to address immediate needs.
  • For longer-term or specialized therapy, the behavioral health team can help coordinate referrals to UCHealth outpatient clinics, our Virtual Intensive Outpatient Services or Interventional Psychiatry at UCHealth.
  • Behavioral health visits are billed similarly to medical visits and are often covered under mental health benefits.

Conditions we treat include:

Atención de alergias e inmunología

Millions of us are allergic to pollen, mold or pet dander. For the most part our reactions to them are annoying but usually mild. However, other allergens – those substances to which certain persons are sensitive – can provoke symptoms far worse than runny noses and itchy eyes. Allergic reactions to certain foods, for example,…

Atención de diabetes y endocrinología

Hormones, produced in our endocrine system, regulate many important functions in our bodies, including our reproductive system, metabolism, and cell growth and development. Our endocrine system constantly adjusts hormone levels so that our bodies can function normally. A common endocrine disorder, diabetes, arises when your body doesn’t produce enough insulin hormone or doesn’t use insulin…

Flu and flu shots

Flu and flu shots

Influenza (“the flu”) is caused by the influenza virus that infects the respiratory tract, affecting the nose, throat and lungs. The flu can cause severe illness and life-threatening complications, like bacterial pneumonia and dehydration. It can also cause chronic medical conditions to worsen. Because each flu season is different and the virus evolves over time, the infectious disease specialists at UCHealth continually monitor the latest developments. We’re equipped with the latest tools for detecting, treating and preventing the flu in our communities.
