I strive to provide comprehensive, personalized care for patients. I specialize in taking care of women with pelvic floor disorders (incontinence, pelvic organ prolapse, urinary fistulas, and surgical complications). I am Board-Certified in both Urology and Urogynecology (also known as Female Pelvic Medicine and Reconstructive Surgery). I specialize in minimally invasive surgery (vaginal and robotic-assisted laparoscopic approaches) and the surgical treatment of complex pelvic floor disorders. I offer a full spectrum of treatment options, including those not offered anywhere else in the region. I believe each patient deserves a personalized treatment approach. I take every aspect of their condition, preferences, lifestyle, and health into consideration when developing a diagnosis and treatment plan.

I specialize in the treatment of pelvic floor disorders in women. Conditions I treat include urinary incontinence, pelvic organ prolapse, and benign disorders of the lower urinary tract in women (voiding dysfunction, female urethral stricture, female urinary retention, urethral diverticulum, amongst other conditions). I also treat many women who have suffered complications of prior surgery for pelvic floor disorders, such as mesh-related complications. I specialize in complex surgical reconstruction for pelvic floor disorders including minimally-invasive vaginal and robotic (daVinci) surgery. I am Board Certified in Urology and Urogynecology (also known as Female Pelvic Medicine and Reconstructive Surgery). As a urologist by training, I also see male patients, specializing in men with complex voiding dysfunction and uncommon disorders of the bladder.
I take great care performing surgery to achieve the best possible results and it is a great privilege and pleasure to help patients live their fullest and best lives. I am passionate about promoting awareness of pelvic floor disorders, which are very common but too often patients suffer in silence and either are fearful to seek care or do not realize the many treatment options, both surgical and non-surgical, we have to offer them. I hope to decrease ‘silent suffering’ amongst women and men with these conditions by spreading awareness and increasing access to care.

I am dedicated to improving access to quality health care. I work with ECHO Colorado to improve access to and quality of care for urologic conditions.
He viajado a Uganda con la organización sin fines de lucro Medicine for Humanity para crear conciencia y realizar cirugías para reparar fístulas obstétricas. También he sido voluntaria en la Fundación CRUDEM y he realizado cirugías urológicas en el Hôpital Sacré Coeur en la zona rural del norte de Haití.
