I believe that the best way to develop trust is to listen. My care philosophy is to listen to my patients and treat each with dignity and respect, while doing my best to restore health and function whether through treatments or preventive measures.

I am an extrovert and love interacting with people. In medicine, I have the opportunity to bring healing and comfort into the lives of those I care for.
Beyond caring for patients, I enjoy outdoor activities such as hiking, biking, skiing and various other sports. I also enjoy traveling, learning new skills and spending time with friends and neighbors. My husband and I have the best dog in the world. I volunteer time with my church as well as various medical mission opportunities.
