Alexa received her Doctor of Physical Therapy from the University of Colorado-Anschutz Medical Campus in 2018. She specializes in pediatrics and treating children with a variety of needs including neuromuscular, developmental, musculoskeletal, and genetic disorders. Alexa is certified in functional trigger point dry needling and has a passion for helping others and loves to help patient’s reach their personal and performance goals. She enjoys treating patients of all ages, from newborns through young adults, and finds joy in developing meaningful relationships with the individual she works with. Alexa understands the importance of including the family’s priorities when discussing and developing evidence based treatment plans to best meet the patient’s needs and achieve their goals. Outside of work, some of her hobbies include chasing after her four fur babies, hiking with her husband, participating in crossfit competitions, baking, and crafting.
