Catherine Sailor earned her B.S. in Health and Exercise science from Spring Arbor University and her Doctorate in Physical Therapy from Georgia Southern University. Catherine treats orthopedic conditions and injuries and is specialized in treating pelvic floor dysfunction through the Herman and Wallace Pelvic Floor Rehabilitation Institute. Catherine’s treatment approach includes manual therapy, and a functional exercise approach to help patients get back to the activities they love. She has spent over 4 years of her life in other countries doing humanitarian aid work. When not working she enjoys spending time with her family, exercising at F45, and hiking.
