I strive to provide exceptional service for children, adolescents and their families by using evidenced-based therapeutic practices. I want to first hear your story and your concerns as we build a treatment plan together that fits your needs and goals to help empower you to be your best. I derive my practice theories from client-centered, attachment-based models. I am trained in play therapy and am a registered play therapist with the Association for Play Therapy. I am certified in sand tray therapy and am trained in EMDR. Additionally, I am trained in cognitive behavioral therapy and exposure response prevention. I utilize acceptance commitment therapy, mindfulness-based cognitive therapy and experiential/art-based modalities.

I enjoy being outdoors, taking walks, looking at nature and spending time with family and friends.
