Frederica has been with UCHealth YVMC SportsMed since 1996. Her treatment areas of interest include; feet, concussions, geriatric, orthotics, lymph, and everything else!!! “I really do like all areas and I get the opportunity to see all areas of treatment. I am blessed with that!”
Frederica covers the summer Rodeo series, local running and biking events and the Steamboat Soccer tournament. She has also traveled with the USA Alpine Snowboard team and now travels with the USA Nordic Team. She currently oversees the ImPact Concussion Program. In addition to her patient and athletic coverage, Frederica is a CPR and First Aid Instructor for UCHealth Yampa Valley Medical Center and teaches the SportsMed ski fitness classes.
Frederica likes to spend her free time biking, hiking, fishing, camping, skiing, snowshoeing, hanging with her family, knitting, and crocheting
