It’s a privilege to sit with patients and their families to help support them on what might be one of their most difficult or dark days. I strongly believe in the “person in their environment” approach, and find it important to help patients build a strong support system. I also practice from the standpoint that the patient is the expert on their own life, and I am here to help guide you to meet your goals. Finally, I want to make sure you’re provided with the best care possible and I am committed to providing psychoeducation, resources, and referrals, if needed.
