I really enjoy practicing rural health primary care because you have to be ready for anything, from a simple sore throat to an all-hands-on-deck emergency. I like being able to listen to my patients and understand their unique situation and needs, then putting the health system in motion to meet their needs as they move through life. It is very satisfying to me to be able to start the diagnostic work up and help my patients with the appropriate referral to specialty care when required, and watching the improvements they make along that journey.

I have been married to Angie for 28 years. I have three children, Tasha, Travis, and Tanner, and so far five grand children! Angie and I both love the outdoors, fishing, boating, hiking, photography and hunting. During the school year you will likely find us at one of the many high school and junior high sporting events in Baggs.

I have been in practice for 28 years and have worked in many areas of medicine. Besides rural health care, I really enjoy evaluating and treating back and neck pain, orthopedic injuries and problems, including injections of joints. I also really enjoy emergency medicine, which practicing in rural areas like Baggs, Wyoming can require you to shift gears in an instant!
