I am a provider at Mountain Crest Behavioral Health Outpatient Clinic, seeing patients 18 and older.
My goal is to provide individualized, holistic, and evidence-based care for each patient using lifestyle changes and medication when indicated. I seek to collaborate with patients to develop insight and self-awareness to enable them to achieve mental, physical and emotional well-being.
In my spare time, I enjoy mountain biking, rock climbing, hiking and yoga. I am a big proponent of getting outside in the sunshine and being physically active whenever possible.
