My philosophy of patient care revolves around listening, educating, and collaborating with my patients. My goal is to provide care that is founded on evidence-based best practices, individualized, and centered around the patient’s goals. I take a holistic approach, considering all aspects of the patient, through active listening and health coaching.
I am a native Texan, wife and mother of three. We have chosen Colorado Springs to be our forever home for the majesty of the area and the availability of outdoor activities year round.
