Dr. Sarah Anderson joined the UCHealth MFM team and will be caring for patients at 1400 E. Boulder Street in Colorado Springs.
Dr. Anderson’s clinical interests include preeclampsia, preterm birth, prenatal diagnosis, maternal medical problems during pregnancy with diabetes and lupus. Her philosophy of care centers around a team-based approach that specializing in compassion, education, and excellence. “Patients each bring their own hopes, needs and experiences which shape their medical care,” she said. She believes that maternal fetal medicine provides an incredible opportunity to support patients through a momentous period of life.
Dr. Anderson completed a fellowship in Maternal Fetal Medicine at the University of Alabama, Birmingham, Alabama. She completed an OB/GYN residency at the New York Presbyterian Hospital, Weill Cornell, New York, New York.
