I am drawn to providing safe, efficient, and high-value care to inpatients, with complex medical conditions while utilizing a patient-centered approach. I started my career in medicine with one clear goal in mind: To provide excellent care without compromise. Before leaving the hospital under my care, patients are provided a series of tools to help them better learn to manage their complex chronic conditions and to help them navigate our complex medical system.
When not caring for patients, I strive to find solutions for patient value-based initiatives to improve quality while reducing the cost of care, and performance improvement.
Besides practicing medicine, I enjoy backpacking, hiking, traveling and cooking.
